Whilst most of our products are manufactured by ourselves, regrettably the Curved Water Bowls are bought-in products and we are completely in the hands of our suppliers regarding stock dates. I write a review only because I have been invited to and given my experience I am surprised to have been asked. We ordered Peony baskets ahead of needing them for the season and in the event there was a long delay in receiving them such that it was too late to need or use them this year.

We ordered products in April and were told they would be delivered in 2 weeks. We then got told it was delayed by 2 weeks. We were then strung along by poor communication each saying ... be with you in 2 weeks. We had final delivery of veg patch hoops in 3rd week of June. Almost 2 months+. I guess the lesson you learn here is never trust a website that says they ahve the product in stock only to get your money off you and then make you wait 2 months. Poor show, not trustworthy and communication was inaccurate and poor throughout. We won't be using Harrod Horticultural ever again.

I received my plants yesterday, they are all dead and broken. Not what I was expecting can not use any of them . I have attached photos for you to look at. Do I have to send them back to you. Also I would like a full refund included postage please.

Shocking. Order took several weeks to arrive and then was incomplete. Customer Service department was lacklustre and unapologetic in its response…finally sending out full order without an apology. Would never purchase from Harrod Horticulture again.

On the date you placed your order we the current despatch times for our products was 7-10 working days. We have worked hard to get back to our normal despatch times of 3-5 working days currently. Although I appreciate that there has been stock delay, you sent our original order in dribs and drabs which made it very difficult indeed to check off. And when we did come to make up the superior raised beds we found 4 wrong sized planks. Customer services were very good and raised a replacement order straightaway but unfortunately the packer sent the wrong planks again. Customer services were again very attentive so I would rate them as very goo.

The 4 wood panels finally arrived today after 5 phone calls enquiries as to when I would receive them.The email s that u we’re going to send to let me know what was happening never arrived . In all a very poor service GaryP

Very disappointing recent experience after many years of using Harrod. Ordered raised beds and expected a 4 week wait, after 6 weeks I had to chase several times and eventually cancel order. I had to argue that I now need to return the bed liners which were sent out as soon as I ordered and for postage to be repaid. I understand the difficulties with timber and Brexit but comms have not been good

My order was delayed but wasn’t contacted to be informed. Only found out by calling the customer service myself after expected delivery date. I have only received my item 2 weeks after originally communicated delayed date.

Ordered a bean support nearly 2 months ago. Queried it when it didn’t arrive within the allotted time. Was told parts were arriving within a week. Every week since then I have either chased or had an update to say it is another week. I have long since had to plant out my sweet peas using traditional canes because I couldn’t wait any longer, so it is ironic to have been asked to write a review when I still don’t have the item! It looked good on the website, but that is all I can say.

Ordered a fire pit which said delivery in 3 days. 4 days later got an email to say it was out of stock. Surely your website is liked to your stock list. Your website in thus respect was misleading. Would never order from you again after my experience. Service was really 0 stars but that was not an option !

A great product let down by delivery performance and service. 60 trumpet plant supports were ordered on the promise that they were ex stock. Was subsequently informed that not all items were in stock so delivery promised on 23 April. On 4 May I contacted the company by telephone and told a part delivery could not be done and promised delivery of week beginning 10 May. Actual delivery 24 May. Disappointing the more so because the company refused to do a part delivery earlier.

After 3 months I am still waiting for the obelisks I ordered. I fully appreciate that this means that your suppliers let you down but the wait is excessive and it seems to me that this survey is somewhat previous as I am still waiting for the order to be fulfilled.
