I ordered 10 summer purple broccoli which took so long to arrive that they were completely dehydrated and all the leaves were either yellow or had fallen off. I emailed customer service, and was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the Nursery department. I still haven't heard back from them.
I won't be ordering anything from Harrod again, and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone
