Unfortunately, the item ordered arrived damaged. However, following a phone call a replacement was sent out immediately, I returned the original item and all was sorted very quickly and easily.
Have used Harrod for longer than I care to remember and the service is always brilliant - on a par with Lakeland who are always wonderful!
