I wanted a few odds and ends to extend an existing Harrods trellis. The customer service officer was very helpful on the phone identifying the items I wanted confirming. However they could not find the screws I wanted and said they would phone me back. Unfortunately they didn't, but that might be because they could not find them. However it would have been useful to know. I ordered the other items on line and got the usual efficient service but I had to hunt around the few hardware shops in my area to try and find alternative screws. As I have mobility difficulties this did not much please me.
