“We bougt a pergola from HH and are happy with it. We contacted them about some optional changes and the person we dealt with (Amanda S) was exceptionally helpfull. Unfortunately the courier, DX Express were dreadful. They texted a delivery day and didn't turn up. WIth no further comms they did deliver, but with alll the fixings missing, which only came to light when I forced the driver to count the parcels before signing acceptance. The missing bits arrived some days later, dumped at the end of our drive 230m from the house and not visible from there. The box was split, but of course, I couldn't check the contents. Harrod Horticultural, you need to change your courier because they are damaging your reputation”

“I’m very pleased with the raised beds… however. The 5mm tolerance on all the wood supplies means on a large scale project - we can get discrepancies of up to 2cm - which on a project of 6 large raised beds isn’t what I was after. If someone could call me to discuss this. I’d appreciate that. Alex”

“I ordered a table which was too small for our patio. Harrod Horticultural staff were extremely accommodating. The small table and chairs were returned and the larger table was delivered a couple of weeks later and looks perfect. From the people in the office to the delivery crew who assembled the table and chairs, service was exceptional. The table and chairs are very well made and look stylish.”
