Product outstanding
I had major problems re delivery of fixings. No post code was included in the delivery address that the courier used. The fixings were delivered to another Laburnum Grove in Sunderland. They eventually turned up 2 weeks later.
I’ve purchased 18 raised beds from Harrod over the years and the product and the service have been first class.
This latest experience is not one I would wish to repeat.
