I am very happy with my garden bench recent purchase from Harrod. But I am not impressed with my contact with them. I have requested an paid vat invoice/ receipt for my records and it did not come with the delivery and has not been sent since. I was also not impressed with the delivery company used as I received many phone calls from them ref the delivery - they were unable to give a time -am or pm, then did not deliver on the day specified, then stated the next day but again it did not arrive in the morning as stated and I had to chase them up and it did then finally arrive late that day.
