I wanted to order a 4' x6' raised flower bed, ordering on line proved challenging for me, as I didn't really know everything that I needed - talking to your helpful telephone staff meant I was able to discuss things in detail, and so it went through ok.
As there might be a new market developing(C0-vid lockdowns inspired) perhaps this aspect is something to bear in mind.
