Bought `Pond Netting - Heavy Duty 45mm Mesh' to keep pigeons off our pond. I didn't want anything with thicker fibre or smaller mesh because it would spoil the natural appearance. It was delivered very quickly. I followed the instructions for spreading out the mesh but it was fiddly and needed a couple of attempts to get it all spread and rectangular. Had to do it on the patio first because the pond has shrubs around it. Once in place it looked OK, not too obvious. Unfortunately the pigeons try to walk on it and have broken or pecked through some of it and we've had to do repairs.
