Ordered a 3 tier 4'x6' Superior raised bed with capping and liner. This is the 13th raised bed ordered over the last 12 years or so. The website and ordering process is simple and lots of options to choose from. Products seem overly priced (and increased 20% over the pandemic) but proceeded based on prior experience. Shipping and delivery prompt (within a week of ordering - most of the time with the courier). On arrival, a significant number of issues with the quality of the order - split corner post, badly damaged planks (prior to packing, so not a transit issue), incorrect fixing brackets, capping badly splintered and finished (where your hands go on the finished product). I get that it is wood and it will have natural defects, but there was an apparent lack of quality control and for the best part of £600 I would expect much better. On the positive side, the customer support team was very helpful in getting this sorted and replacements dispatched. Can only think that an additional few minutes checking the order was up to standard on packing would save frustration with the customer, time spent with customer service and the additional costs incurred by HH in correcting the issue. Advice is that the product (when correct) is very good and customer service excellent - just check the contents thoroughly on arrival for defects or issues.
