There can by uncertainty buying anything on-line so it is reassuring when things go well. Ordering from Harrod is easy and the catalogues, both on-line and in print, give plenty of information to help customers "get it right". Delivery was fast (within 2 days of ordering, as I remember) although a tall plant support was delivered damaged (by the delivery company) on two occasions but speedily put right by Harrod.
