I raise an order for an espalier frame and additional braces on 30/11/24 but the frame was delivered on 4/11/24 without the braces. Between 11th of November and 9th December I was sent 4 separate emails advising that there was a delay and a new expected delivery date. The braces were finally delivered on 19/12/24. I am happy with the products but very dissatisfied with the service as it has delayed my garden project. There has been no real apology from Harrod Horticulture and no offer of compensation for what has been a significant delay.
