Service was fine, but the product terrible. Fitting the pop up net around the tree was a farce, breaking off more small branches, than saving from the pidgeons, even with two of us. Sorry to say the product ended in the bin, as rods broke trying to removing them. Have now found a much better solution and the tree is pidgeon free for a fraction of the price, though i wish I had donated the money wasted on the original product to charity instead.
