Delivery was awful with Uk Mail lies lies and more lies. But in fact Harrod dud their very best under the circumstances. The products Harrod Horticulture sell are very good quality but in this instance the delivery was terrible and why I have rated my experience as poor!
If they continue to use Uk mail I will not be ordering again. DPD are amazing!
