I ordered some pond netting which was advertised as very strong and high quality. It was not made clear that the netting has to be stretched to achieve a rectangle and it has not been possible to cover the pond although dimensions of netting on website claim that it covers a larger area. Having unpacked the netting and tried to stretch it, it can't be returned and it has therefore been wasted.
The product is misrepresented on your website.
