Took a couple of weeks for my order of 3 raised beds to arrive completely. When I emailed about the delay the only reply I received was a couple of automated emails saying they were dealing with it.
A couple of the boards had damaged ends as their only protection was shrink wrap polythene, could have done with some cardboard on there.
Conversely, there was too much packaging on the screws. I received 18 single use plastic bags, each containing 10 screws, all of which were the same length.
