I placed my order at the beginning of December for a Rhubarb Terracotta Forcer I kept getting sent emails saying it was due to arrive later and later. In the end it did not turn up till February to make it worst there was NO apology!
To top it all our when our Rhubarb Terracotta Forcer did eventually arrive it was packed so badly it was smashed to pieces.
We then phoned to complain we where meant to have a fast track replacement which took ages to arrive! Very poor service.....
