I discovered a vital piece of the door assembly missing during erection, I had waited long enough to get the thing delivered, I took matters into my own hands and manufactured an adequate substitute myself. I am fortunate to possess the skills, knowledge, tools and equipment to achieve this, how others might fare I can't say. Sadly I am coming to expect such standards of service these days, they are quite common.
