I purchased a timber compost bin and found it straight-forward to assemble - with an occasional tap with a hammer. It looks fantastic compared with my DIY efforts alongside it and is currently filled with ready to use compost from one of the DIY bins. It has not yet been used for rotting down the compost. My only adverse comment is that the timber is a bit thin and therefore fragile - so I treat it more gently than would normally be the case.
