“The goods arrived promptly, on time and well packaged. The quality of the material looks good (though we will have to wait and see what a few years of wet Welsh weather does to it!). The installation instructions were excellent and easy to follow”

“Very helpful in phone enquiries.door very difficult to fit. Instructions relating to the fitting difficult to follow, Fitting the converters into the hinges proved impossible. I have yet to fit the netting. We wonder whether the side and/or the roof netting are squirrel proof? If not, what do you suggest?”

“Having placed my order with Harrod's for a raised border on line, I recieved an email to inform me that this product was out of stock and would take about 3 weeks longer to arrive than the on line due date. One week later I recieved a second email to inform me that my goods had arrived and I would recieve it on or before the original date specified. The raised border is of very well produced and easy to construct. Harrods kept me fully informed from the moment I placed the order to the point of delivery. Thanks very much all at Harrods.”

“From the moment I realised I had ordered the wrong arch to taking delivery of the correct design the customer service was excellent. The product itself is substantial & the assembly instructions were very easy to follow”
