The service was fine/good although the product arrived slightly damaged but as I had already arranged for someone to come and put them up I didn't bother sending them back. I then tried to fill out this form and load a photo of the damage but it wouldn't let me and then quit me out so I have had to do the whole thing again which has wasted my time and made me have a worse opinion of them.

Assemblled my aluminum fruit cage not happy the plastic wrap around clamps lasted 2day 3/4 of them have broken in two

Information about delivery good. I might have bought from a different company had I realised there were no fixing materials included and the design means that you cannot easily erect the arches without v expensive add ons

The arch plates can be concreted in place or there are ground anchors which are available separately. Apologies that this was not made clear at the point of purchase - we will review all the information on the website to make the fixing options clearer. Placed an order for a plant support frame, goods are a good quality and I am very pleased with the product. What may put me off ordering again was the delivery company they used. I received a text from DX freight saying the goods were going to be delivered between 8 am and 6pm, I waited at home to receive the delivery. By 8pm it was clear they were not going to deliver and hadn't bothered to contact me. I then received another text the following day to say they were going to deliver, I wasn't going to be in but wasn't worried as they state that if you aren't in they will leave a card and you can rearrange delivery. When I returned home 2 days later, the goods had been dumped on my door step in the rain, my house fronts straight onto the road. It was somewhat surprising that they were still there! The service was so poor that even the postman commented on it. So whilst I like Harrod products and think that they are a good company, I'm not sure that I would purchase from them again due to the delivery company they use.

Whilst the service was good to a degree the communication flow was slow and the article ordered took longer than expected. The price paid for the arch was high and the surface treatment was poor leading to the polyester powder coat chipping off with ease. Having assessed some of the metal work it is obvious that the galvanise steel arch has been laser cut leading to surface oxidation. I could write pages on the treatment of metals but there is probably not enough space left.

Ordered paid online, delivery good, service good but product badly designed. No support for Three foot of online where it's needed. Well made but poor design will not use again

Fruit tree sleeves are not bird proof as described. They were torn apart and all the cherries taken. Complete waste of money, time and effort.

Great quality products and good selection, however the delivery cost will prevent me from ordering again. I paid £16 for P&P for a net, that is not acceptable, Royal Mail would have been far cheaper.

Thank you for your order and review. You comment on the cost of delivering an order outside of the UK mainland. We would like to explain the situation regarding delivery and prices across the country. As the range of products that we manufacture and supply is so diverse in size and shape, we have to rely on couriers, to deliver the vast majority of our orders. To calculate the delivery tariff, our carriers split the country into various zones governed by postcodes and unfortunately, delivery to some areas attracts an extra charge. If it is any consolation, we do not add a surcharge to the figure our couriers charge us; in fact, we subsidise the £15.95 delivery cost on every order. Wherever possible, we try to send our products by Royal Mail or similar postal services but, as we mentioned above, the size, shape and weight of many of our products precludes this. We hope this is of help to you and thank you again for your order.

Disappointed that my order for two netted cages did not have any assembly instructions. I had a single box with all the components for the two but no assembly instructions. After I requested details they came promptly. I have some reservations about how robust the structures are. I live in an exposed site with some high winds at times, so I reserve judgement on that aspect.
