“The raised beds I ordered were delivered very quickly as promised, were easy to assemble with clear instructions and are of really good quality. Very pleased!”

“After much hesitation and thought I eventually made a decision on the type and size of the vegetable cage I wished to buy (there are so many alternatives) and submitted my order. The order was received very swiftly, excellently packed with good supporting documents. I have just finished preparing the site for the cage and have started placing the components in position and reading the helpful instructions carefully. So far all has gone well and to plan, (apart from Storm Ciara arriving). I am looking forward to completing the cage and preparing the ground inside the cage for planting. Very pleased with my purchase at this stage.”

“WELL PLEASED WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE, ONE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT I WAS KEPT UP TO DATE WHEN NEW SUPPLIES WERE EXPECTED. ACTUALLY CAME A COUPLE OF DAYS EARLY”

“Brilliant Service. After being let down by another firm 4 days before Christmas I luckily found Harrod Horticultural, Their service was 2nd to none. After ordering I phoned to make sure they had the product (Rhubarb Forcer) and they could deliver on time. The customer service dept were fantastic, the order arrived the next day and it is perfect. Would 100% use them again. Thank you, Helen Webb”

“The payment part of the website was down so I had to order over the phone. The staff were extremely polite and efficient and the product arrived earlier than expected. On its own the wood store looks rather insubstantial and a bit expensive for what it is, however on the wall it looks like a piece of art, practical and has had many complements.”

“Frame Saver Net Clips do the job as intended but would be easier to find when dropped on the ground if they were manufactured from a more visible colour plastic, say fluorescent orange or similar.”
