“I thought the website was easy to use and the standard delivery service suited my needs”

“Just finished netting the cage. So far have hit no problems. All components appear to be of good quality but ask me again after a couple of years when I can better express an opinion. Instructions on how to erect were helpful though we have erected a cage before in a previous garden. Now I can enjoy the fruits of my labours and not lose crops to the birds!”

“Purchased a fruit cage. Sales staff were excellent,delivered on time and complete.( April 2017) However the assembly instructions were almost incomprehensible. Written by someone who knew the product and assumed customers had the same level of knowledge before starting assembly. I had to get help from a couple of engineer type friends who also had difficulty understanding the instructions.Pity my otherwise excellent experience was spoiled in such a basic way. “Rectangular log store is good quality and generally very well made. There was a moderate delay in delivery as it was out of stock at time of ordering, I would recommend heavier fixings when installing off the floor on a masonry wall - e.g. expanding bolts.”

“The metal grid trellis is very sturdy and attractive and has been easy to attach to the wall using the brackets. The first delivery was damaged, which was a shame for an expensive item, but a replacement was quickly organised.”

“You notified me by phone that the roof netting of my new pavilion fruit cage may not fit as you had been having problems with the manufacture. Mine turned out to be a problem netting but you replaced it promptly. However, there were 4 nuts and 12 screw missing that I chose to replace at the local hardware store, and the instructions as to the spacing for the door was accurate and the space was so bit that a bird/squirrel could get in.”
