“Quality item good communication and fast service”

“Service was excellent and the product arrived promptly and in good condition. The product itself (Harrod Vintage Wire Arch) was OK but had a strong tendency to lean to one side when first put together. However we also ordered the ground anchors which considerably improved its rigidity though it is still a bit wobbly - though adequate. I think that it would be essential either to have the ground anchors or to bury the first foot or so of the arch firmly in concrete. I cannot see that the alternative ground fixing pins would be adequate.”

“I am happy with the quality of the product but was less happy that a mistake was made with the original order which meant I received some tubing of the wrong length. Once I had registered that fact you responded quickly to rectify that matter and I have to say both the representatives I spoke to on the phone wer very apologetic and helpful.”

“Great product - knew what I wanted and couldn't find it anywhere else. Unfortunately the delivery firm badly let them down and I eventually collected it myself from the depot after three wasted days. Delivery charge was refunded without quibble.”
