“although the product is good ( the heated propagator ) it wasn't easy to put together because the instructions are small and difficult to read. could do with a few pictures to make things clearer.”

“Overall I am happy with the products that I purchased, three of your 8' by 4' by 32" superior raised beds. I ordered one on line and the second two over the phone. Both processes were straightforward and your telephone sales assistant was professional and competent. I had to call your Customer Services team several times regarding the delivery details of both orders and they were helpful and accurate in their feedback.”

“Excellent service and delivery. I expected the goods to be in sections. The fact that it arrived in all individual pieces, probably over a hundred , made it extremely time consuming to construct. As I'm elderly and live on my own, it would have helped to state the condition in which it arrived. I managed to complete the construction on my own in a limited space. The end product is good!”

“The gardening sitting/kneeling stool is very good, easy to open and close and well made but I find one problem. If you don’t kneel exactly in the centre it can tip over, because the corners are rounded and would be more stable if square.”

“The products I bought are good. However I object to the constant stream of emails trying to sell me further products. One on-line catalogue perhaps twice a year is quite sufficient. The more pressure you put on me the less likely I am to buy anything.”
