“The raised beds are nice, but disappointed that the photos and descriptions do not make it clear that the pieces shown in the photos are optional extras. It was suggested by customer services that the IT team could add a note, so I'm sorry to see this hasn't been done.”

“Good product, and looks smart too (metal raised bed). HOWEVER: packaging was very badly damaged on arrival - you really need to discuss with your couriers. Also I woiuld have liked more information on delivery and tracking so I could be here when it arrives”

“The plant tables are sturdy and were packed for ease of identification. They do need slightly more carpentry skills than normal flat pack items so took a little longer to build but they look good now they are finished and should be very useful.”

“I bought some hoops for my allotment. The website showed all the dimensions of the hoops and identified that extensions were available. Also, the debt in the soil of the hoops.This enabled me to work out whether they would be suitable for the areas I have earmarked for different crops on my plot. All were delivered to my home with no problems. The hoops are already being used for my brasiccas and absolutely brilliant.”

“The order of Y Stakes was quick to arrive but the main downside of the product, besides the very high cost, is that you only offer a mix of sizes in large quantities. I would like to recommend Y Stakes to a friend but she needs a mix of sizes to see which are most useful, say 3 of each, so that she can re-order a particular size but to have to order such an expensive 'Starter kit' £95! makes it impossible for her.”

“Initial reaction to quality not good, but positive response from supplier made amends. However the 'sack' of topsoil -- the base of which has only just been reached -- proved to have a proportion of large poor quality [clayish?] lumps, not present in the higher layers, plus a couple of pieces of broken glass!! Harrod need to review their supplier link and their quality.”
