“Excellent item and service. The can has such a very fine rose and as I use water from a butt it quickly gets clogged up. I am surprised you don't apparently offer any other rose. I don't need a fine rose at all. Is there any chance you could supply me with a much coarser one ? My butt gets its water from a roof that is quite mossy. Tony Bowden”

“Very nice trough,reasonable price,but delivery is terrible,large pieces of wood and delivery driver dumps them at the front gate,had to take them to my house myself,8ft pieces of wood and the rest,large garden so it's 20 meters to front gate,I won't be ordering from them again,it happened with the first 6ft trough I ordered too”

It is frustrating for us when this happens because we cannot directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse so rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure the standards are improved further. “I have been a customer of Harrod Horticultural over very many years and find their goods and service always of a high standard. On the one occasion I purchased an item whcih proved unsatisfacotry, a refund was offered immediately. I expect to be returning to them annually for fulfilment of my gardening needs.”
