“I'm absolutley delighted with the plant support that I brought from Harrod Horticultural. A really good quality product and strong enought to support my poor rosebush which was sagging under the weight of a honeysuckle. The support is strong, well made and fit for purpose.”

“Service was fine, but the product terrible. Fitting the pop up net around the tree was a farce, breaking off more small branches, than saving from the pidgeons, even with two of us. Sorry to say the product ended in the bin, as rods broke trying to removing them. Have now found a much better solution and the tree is pidgeon free for a fraction of the price, though i wish I had donated the money wasted on the original product to charity instead.”

“We expressed interest in a walk in fruit cage and we were bombarded with offers online ie free delivery and 10% off. When we actually ordered and paid for it we were fobbed off saying both offers had expired so the new catalogue will be recycled as we will not order from Harrod again.”
