“The customer services team at Harrod is extremely helpful and attentive. The product quality for the obelisks and plants is excellent. The plant support was a little less sturdy that I envisaged and also is not of a similar colour although from the same Southwold range (love the range).”

“The service was great. Parcel arrived in good time. Although not being asked here, the butterfly netting is really good. Have used this product for several years. It is very robust i.e. not prone to breaking up, and it lasts for many years - doesn't go brittle. Having said that, I don't think it is the sort of product you could cut up (without it fraying badly at the cut edge.”

“I ordered two of the cream metal raised beds. I took advantage of the buy one get one half price offer. They were dispatched and delivered very quickly. They seem well made and were straightforward to put together. They do require a lot of compost to fill, so bear that in mind. They have a lovely vintage feel. I can't comment on longevity as they are awaiting planting with my new raspberry canes over winter, but I've seen several reviews saying that they have lasted well.”

“Despatched quickly, I was kept informed about delivery which was timely. I ordered a soaker hose as our recently introduced hosepipe ban was causing me difficulties and it is legal to use them with a timer. It was easy to install, you do need pegs to hold it down and it works perfectly which saves me hours lugging a heavy watering can and keeps all my plants and fruit trees thriving.”

“I ordered some plant supports from Harrod. Three times they emailed me to apologise that they did not have them in stock, so for 3 weeks my plants went on falling over! When the supports finally arrived, they turned out to be so flimsy that it was difficult to get them into the ground; to hold up tall plants the supports need to be strong and rigid, which these are not. Sorry but I won't be using this company again.”
