“Don't like the product.”

“The netting does its job perfectly. My only reservation is that it is very stiff and is difficult to manage. The same end result with a more pliable material would be great. Eventually algae forms on it if left out and it's too stiff to get into the washing machine!! Maybe some description of its stiff nature would be helpful??”

“THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED OVER THE TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING GOODS HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. IT IS UNFORTUNATE, HOWEVER, THAT BUYERS HAVE TO BE AWARE THAT THE SELLERS ARE USUALLY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST ON PRICING. ALTHOUGH I FULLY APPRECIATE THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TO BE VALUED, THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET PLACE WAITING TO TAKE ANY ADVANTAGE - PRICE BEING A COMPULSIVE MOTIVATOR TO ANYBOBY LOOKING TO BUY.”

“I received my rose support frames quite soon, and they were well packed. They did exactly as thecwrite-up online said they would do, support the bushes on a border pathline. Held back overhanging branches quite well.”

“I was very pleased with the my staging but my husband was not too pleased when he found there were insufficient nuts & bolts & stays to put it together! Fortunately a friend on our island had some left over stays but there were still not enough nuts & bolts. This however was resolved after a 'phone call and my missing items were also sent. I would use Harrods Horticultural again.”

“The product I'd ordered took a little while to arrive. I had to email the company to ask why, especially as I hadn't received an email to alert me to the fact that the company was having difficulty sourcing material. The product appears to be very sturdy and well made. Only time will tell whether or not the product is effective at keeping off carrot fly. Fingers crossed.”

“I bought two of these and they have done the job. No pigeon demolition of my brassicas this year. I can get in and out when necessary to do the weeding but as I have chronic arthritis the entrance is a bit of a struggle. The dor strip is not easy to use and I worry about tripping. Also, I needed help as it is a bit of a marathon with the myriad of screws to fit. I would have used a magnetic tray if I had thought it out properly before I started. I used steel ground supports on each corner for extra stability. But there is no doubt that this is an excellent solution to my battle with the pigeons. It is lightweight and manageable too for someone like me. And it got the thumbs up from my allotment neighbours. I am very pleased with it.”

“Had a problem with the delivery, which was quickly resolved. The cage went together well but the instructions could do with a little work to make rhem easier for the not so practical. Now the cage is protecting my fruit so all is well.”

“Sent stiff netting to go over the hoops which are not user friendly - I was expecting a robust soft netting. Otherwise staff v helpful when placing the order despite the above.”
