“I rang, knowing what I wanted. A nice, helpful person answered. We did our business, and the items arrived within postal delivery time. Many thanks.”

“I ordered a steel fruit cage. The order arrived in two parts on subsequent days, but lacked a final component (the third part) that the carrier had mislaid. Phone calls to customer services resolved the situation by sending the missing component again. So 5stars good service to customer services, but 0 out of 10 to the courier! The cage itself is excellent and doing good service.”

“SLOT & LOCK CONNECTORS Very good. Pity the screws are so short that you can't use the old smaller diameter tubing with them - there should be a way around this ? Takes ages to get all the very little screws into their holes (this is a self assembly) but all works very well when its erected.”

“Products good. Delivery not good. I made two orders and each one arrived incomplete. This was very inconvenient as I had people on site to erect fruit cage and they were unable to do so. The couriers seem to be at fault”

“The netting does its job perfectly. My only reservation is that it is very stiff and is difficult to manage. The same end result with a more pliable material would be great. Eventually algae forms on it if left out and it's too stiff to get into the washing machine!! Maybe some description of its stiff nature would be helpful??”

“THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED OVER THE TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING GOODS HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. IT IS UNFORTUNATE, HOWEVER, THAT BUYERS HAVE TO BE AWARE THAT THE SELLERS ARE USUALLY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST ON PRICING. ALTHOUGH I FULLY APPRECIATE THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TO BE VALUED, THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET PLACE WAITING TO TAKE ANY ADVANTAGE - PRICE BEING A COMPULSIVE MOTIVATOR TO ANYBOBY LOOKING TO BUY.”

“I received my rose support frames quite soon, and they were well packed. They did exactly as thecwrite-up online said they would do, support the bushes on a border pathline. Held back overhanging branches quite well.”
