“Very pleased with the vegetable frame, only annoying thing was it came in 2 parcels and the second one with the poles 4 days later, was starting to get concerned!”

“The materials I ordered seem satisfactory although the metal rods are very dirty to handle and it would be advisable to wear gloves when handling them. Its a great pity that it is not possible to purchase the plastic hook fitments separately as it means that if you occidentally have one break or you wish to cut the poles to make shorter tunnel runs their is considerable wastage of materials. Perhaps this could be something that the company could consider doing for the future. MRC”

“the only problem was that you asked for arrangements for delivery if I wasn't in - which I gave, and then sent it Royal Mail so I had to give up a chunk of my Saturday queuing at the collection place, and also had to wait until the w/e to be able to get it. Slightly irritating - since you ask!! But the product is fine!”

“The border stakes arrived quickly (ordered Saturday and received Tuesday). They were not wonderfully packaged but they are a difficult shape! They had poked through the plastic wrapping, but there was no damage to them.”
