“My automatic window device in my greenhouse had broken so I was hoping that your replacement would use the same bolt holes etc. However I needed to drill out new bolt holes which was a bit annoying. However now that it is in place it is working well. It therefore would have been useful to have seen measurements for fixing the unit.”

“I bought a fruit/veg cage and netting much less neat than it looks in the photo. Also, asked for it to be left in porch if no answer. Actually delivered a few doors away (address was correct!) and left outdoors (with clear instructions to leave in porch). Fortunately was not stolen as left in clear view of passers by and kindly neighbour carried it to us”

“Sample requested on Wednesday - received Thursday and ordered netting on a Friday and received the netting the following early (8.30 a.m.) Monday. Netting has been installed and is so much easier to handle compared with other netting purchased elsewhere. Netting was Extra heavy Duty Netting”

“Product was great, and took about 1 hour to construct ( Without an Electric Screwdriver ) and looks solid. We were a little surprised though that the delivery was left in our front garden on a main A-road without a delivery note. Luckily all pieces were present and correct.”

“Good equipment, Easy to use site, delivered when you said it would be. I was buying aluminium tubes and fittings to make vegetable cages. The only issues I had were the web site said the tubes were 2m long, and the delivery note said 1.96m (and that is what they were). The web site wasn't clear on the dimensions of the fittings and how the tube fits into them; and the tube sits 1.5cm from the end of the fitting. So with fittings on either end, the tube + fittings comes to 1.99m. So all awash in the end, but I needed some recalculation of the cage dimensions and what tube cuts I needed to make. Always good to measure twice and cut once!!”

“Very good swift service. I was having difficulty with both DIY (B&Q) and local garden centres getting metal/galvanized plant rings for tomatoes. They were until recently essential for gardeners. The green coated ones are out there but very expensive by comparison. Those from Harrod were are very good, although perhaps the gauge could be lighter, however they do the job well. At the other end of the scale, those from one shop were so light that the plants started to fall off the ringed stakes!!”

“I am very happy with everything so far, the ease with which I ordered the Rock Dust, and the quick delivery service, all fantastic, the product arrived safe and sound in a sealed bag within a sealed postal bag, and I have added it to my grow bags already, now I just wait to see the results.”

“Did what it said it would do. No problems putting it together - greenhouse staging. Got a hell of a fright when I looked up delivery times in FAQs and it said something like a fortnight for staging but only three to five days in the specs in the ordering process, but it came within less than a week so I was happy.”
