“excellent product Only complaint was I ordered it when I knew I would be at home for a week I received notification that it would be despatched but it didn't and no one called to tell me that parts were out of stock so i had a longer wait Also no one was able to tell me the package size so I could see if it would fit in my care enabling me to have it delivered to work rather than take more time off to wait delivery this was a present from my mother Loulla watson my name is ALY SPLATTS”

“The garden bed ordered is not in place yet as I have to make a few alterations to suit the area where the new bed will be, but it looks good quality. I am renewing the boards around my existing beds and remaking paths to suit as Harrod's beds are much wider, albeit shorter. I hopefully will be ordering more beds in the near future (Spring) to make my veg. garden beds more easy to use as suits an 81 year old!”

“Press works well, but it would be much more helpful to be advised, offered or just to have included a straining bag at time of order, especially given the initial item cost. Most people want to do apples, and I learned after purchase and use that this is a prerequisite. Disappointed that when I then contacted Harrod, they still then couldn't sell me a straining bag without wanting to charge me more postage. Delivery fast. Product good quality.”

“An excellent product, arrived undamaged despite damage to the packaging, required all screws and bolts to be tightened before use. Could have been advised more about the swelling of wooden components after use. 40 litres in so far probably the same again by year end.”

“Almost everything I've bought from Harrods has been fine, my last purchase though was destroyed (!) by the courier - twice. That said, Harrods were excellent in resolving the issue and did send a replacement (which was the second item destroyed!) and then processed a refund. I would say Harrods is great, but they need to consider changing the courier service they use as regardless of the service you get from the company, not getting the item when you need it becomes very disappointing. I will have to think again in what I order and possibly go to another company as at the end of the day, I want the item delivered in a useable state.”

“Initially disappointed with the netting that we purchased as it wasn't the size that we ordered. I wanted a rectangular piece, 8mx6m, to go over a pond but what we got was rather more in the shape of an elongated diamond. We couldn't make it rectangular despite four of us having a corner each and pulling. Nonetheless, we offered it to the pond and it just about covered it so we didn't return it as time was pressing and leaves were falling! The quality of the netting looks first class, it's only the size that I'm disappointed with. Perhaps it was the end of a roll?”

“Delivery time was reasonable. I did enter a discount code, which didn't work, so missed out on some discount which was a shame. The box that my chicken netting came in was a bit battered, but the contents were fine.”

“A couple of items were missing when it was delivered but a quick phone call and the outstanding items were promptly dispatched. The raised bed was just as described and went together easily with no issues.”

“Product exactly what we wanted: recycled plastic raised bed. But Harrod have been something of a victim of their own success! We were called very quickly to be told that the item had sold outdue to unexpected demand, but our order would be delivered as soon as more stock arrived (hence 4 rather than 5 stars). Otherwise, a very good service, keeping us inforrmed of expected delivery etc, and a good product.”

“I am very pleased with the product (Niwaki ladder), my only comment/request is can they improve their delivery process. They were unable to specify a day for delivery and whether it would be morning or afternoon. I do not think it unreasonable to expect to be contacted nearer the time as to when the delivery is to take place.”

“Some of the goods I ordered failed to turn up.... twice. I called customer services who dispatched a second set with no quibbles. Product arrived and was good quality. I would buy from them again.”
