“I bought one of the wheelbarrows sold by Harrods and I am very pleased with my purchase, my reason for a four star only was the following, otherwise I would defineately have given a five. The two things I would comment on which, when you think about it, may not affect many folk. I assembled a Harrods chicken and fruit cage and, as I went to wheel the barrow up the path between them, much to my horror, the wheelbarrow is a tad too wide - my problem obviously but.worth mentioning if you might have the same problem. The other thing I have noticed is where the holes for the heavier version are, it has already started to rust. I don't think it will be a problem though. Can I suggest supplying rubber or plastic plugs to close off the holes which would then completely eradicate the problem. Thanks again for an excellent product”

“Excellent service: ordered over the phone; delivery within days; left where I requested. Flexible glass cleaner was fairly easy to assemble and exactly as described. I bought it principally for the (small) conservatory roof. The angle of the roof still means a step ladder is needed and I find the extended unit a little heavy. However the brush head cleans well and it it quite easy to manage. (my husband is better at it than I am!)”

“The cloches were easy to assemble and seem sturdy. As other reviewers have commented, the ends are very flimsy. I have used the cloches without the end pieces so far.”

“The order arrived in plenty of time. There was a little damage due to carelessness by the courier. I informed Harrods and they were very good. I won't actually build my arch until the Spring but it seems very well made with good strong materials.”

“The website was easy to navigate and my order was delivered efficiently. The instructions regarding the clips I bought for my veg cage netting could have been a bit clearer. I am not convinced I am using them correctly as they keep separating from netting in any sort of wind.”

“I bought two-tier aluminium greenhouse staging. The long pieces were in a strong cardboard tube and arrived in immaculate condition. The trays, travelling in a rather soft and squashy flat box, did not fare so well. One or two of them turned out to have bent edges, but since this was a cosmetic rather than a structural problem I did not bother to return them. Although the box was slightly damaged, all the pieces were there. I am a novice at this game, but I did the assembly job single-handed, using inanimate loops and props instead of a second person, and did find it possible. though I very much disliked the instruction sheet. It must be 70 years or more since I gave up picture books in favour of written narrative, and a few well-chosen words could have saved me from the need to do some jobs twice. If the fashion for drawings persists, some shading could make clear which way round things are meant to go. It might also have been useful to warn beginners that when assembly holes are clustered in corners, not all the nuts can go on the inside! However, the item is assembled, more or less - a couple of holes do not fully match where the interior supports seem to be fractionally too wide, but the generous number of support struts means the structure is stable anyway - and it admirably fulfils its function.”

“excellent product Only complaint was I ordered it when I knew I would be at home for a week I received notification that it would be despatched but it didn't and no one called to tell me that parts were out of stock so i had a longer wait Also no one was able to tell me the package size so I could see if it would fit in my care enabling me to have it delivered to work rather than take more time off to wait delivery this was a present from my mother Loulla watson my name is ALY SPLATTS”

“The garden bed ordered is not in place yet as I have to make a few alterations to suit the area where the new bed will be, but it looks good quality. I am renewing the boards around my existing beds and remaking paths to suit as Harrod's beds are much wider, albeit shorter. I hopefully will be ordering more beds in the near future (Spring) to make my veg. garden beds more easy to use as suits an 81 year old!”
