“I ordered two of the cream metal raised beds. I took advantage of the buy one get one half price offer. They were dispatched and delivered very quickly. They seem well made and were straightforward to put together. They do require a lot of compost to fill, so bear that in mind. They have a lovely vintage feel. I can't comment on longevity as they are awaiting planting with my new raspberry canes over winter, but I've seen several reviews saying that they have lasted well.”

“Despatched quickly, I was kept informed about delivery which was timely. I ordered a soaker hose as our recently introduced hosepipe ban was causing me difficulties and it is legal to use them with a timer. It was easy to install, you do need pegs to hold it down and it works perfectly which saves me hours lugging a heavy watering can and keeps all my plants and fruit trees thriving.”

“I ordered some plant supports from Harrod. Three times they emailed me to apologise that they did not have them in stock, so for 3 weeks my plants went on falling over! When the supports finally arrived, they turned out to be so flimsy that it was difficult to get them into the ground; to hold up tall plants the supports need to be strong and rigid, which these are not. Sorry but I won't be using this company again.”

“We ordered two 2m x 2m popadomes which arrived promptly and we were so pleased that we ordered two more. Sadly it transpired they were out of stock and we had a lengthy wait for new stock to arrive; when they did eventually come one had been manufactured and dispatched without the zip opening! However - this was very promptly replaced and Harrod were very apologetic. They also kept in touch throughout the delays. We are very pleased with the - now four - popadomes which are very successful in keeping various predators off my brassicas. Highly recommend!”
