“Very good service, long delay between ordering and receiving product but that seems the norm these days. Am thrilled with table and chairs they look beautiful and really well made.”

“I ordered a spade and received a ‘carefully packed’ trug meant for someone else. I reported this and was informed that I would be told that I would be told when it was to be collected. This did not happen and was, luckily, in so I could hand the income to item back. I was also told that the new item would be dispatched immediately and I should expect it in a ‘couple of days’. When this didn’t happen it then took another two phone calls over the following 4 days to get the item sent to me. Eventually arriving over a week after originally promised. Pretty poor service all round. Also Harris seem to have an odd system where you pay for an item that is later refunded and you then repay at a later date, really can’t understand why that is?”

Unfortunately, the replacement item was temporarily out of stock so therefore we could not send this to you immediately. However, we understand that you have now received this. When orders are placed, we do ask the bank for payment authorisation, but can confirm that the actual payment is not taken until items are despatched. “I am still yet to receive the product I ordered despite placing the order months ago. Communication has been sporadic, and I have had to chase the order a number of times. The service revived has been poor.”

The products themselves are manufactured in-house but unfortunately, we have been let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. “Strulch is an excellent product.. I got lots more coverage than I thought when I first looked at the bags.. And I didn't lay it thin which I know is a mistake. I've never mulched before... But it is the one thing I'll always do from now on.. What a difference its made to my main border.. Plants are so much healthier and far less weeds! I'll do another border next year 😊 delivery was a little slow.. 2 weeks.. But hopefully this was due to restrictions”

“Steel obelisk arrived ok. The item arrived several weeks after ordering…just a shame that the message about delivery delays came just after I’d ordered and paid for the item. No matter, it was fine when arrived and fits v. well in our garden.”

“I am delighted with my recent purchase of the Gothic Arch. Easy to use website, very prompt delivery, well packaged, clear instructions and easy to construct. A quality, well designed, sturdy product which stands up to the 60 m.p.h winds we often experience in our exposed hillside garden without so much as a quiver.This elegant Arch is a beautiful addition to our garden which will only be enhanced by the climbing roses.”

“The delivery was exactly as advised. The goods, modular hoops and frames for vegetables and covering netting are much better than average quality at a fair price. Pleased.”

“The raised bed is excellent. The delivery people are very helpful. Unfortunately our bed was delayed by 6 weeks. Trying to find out what was happening was left to us the customer. Customer services did not proactively let us know the situation. The delay kept increasing with no contact.”

We do state on our website the current lead times for our products and for Standard Raised Beds, we were quoting 4-6 weeks at the time when you placed your order. “We are very pleased with the product but we have had a long wait for the delivery and it all arrived in separate deliveries and to the wrong side of the house. Now waiting for surplus struts to be collected.”
