Amazing ultra fine netting used for my vegetable patch and it has worked a treat to keep any the insects. I'm thrilled with it. Can't recommend it enough.

A great product let down by delivery performance and service. 60 trumpet plant supports were ordered on the promise that they were ex stock. Was subsequently informed that not all items were in stock so delivery promised on 23 April. On 4 May I contacted the company by telephone and told a part delivery could not be done and promised delivery of week beginning 10 May. Actual delivery 24 May. Disappointing the more so because the company refused to do a part delivery earlier.

The Peony Supports you ordered are manufactured in-house but unfortunately, we were let down by our suppliers of the raw material which we source externally. As the supports you ordered were part of a set, regrettably we were unable to part despatch these from our warehouse. However, we are always able to part despatch single items. Harrod were very good at keeping me informed about my order, but the delivery company let us down. Despite being informed about a change of address for the delivery they still delivered the obelisk to my home. No-one was there to take delivery, so they left it at the front door where it had to stay for almost a week, because we were on holiday. Fortunately, it was still there when we got back,

Waited way beyond the expected delivery date, although I was kept informed of the delay. A bit disappointed as not the beautiful thick, aged one. I have several peony supports from Harrods Horticulture and they are stunning, discreet and look fabulous in the winter but this one is much thinner metal and I could have purchased similar in any garden centre. Not worth the wait

We do state the thickness of the steel rod used to manufacture our Peony Support is 8mm on our website and this has always been the same size. However, we do have other supports in our range that use a thicker gauge of steel rod. We hope this explanation is of help.

All the order arrived on time and apart from one bag which had the wrong part( which was quickly rectified) every thing was fine. It all fitted together easily and keeps birds and butterflies from my plants. Very pleased with everything.

Enjoy purchasing from Harrods Horticultural has a variety of garden equipment and especially the different types of insect netting price /quality are really good always use this company for my garden extras

Excellent quality plant supports. Have now bought a couple of times from Harrod Horticultural and the service has been top notch with frequent communication updates and deliveries have always been within the timeframe stated at time of purchase. Will be using this company again.

I had to ring on a number of occasions to find out when to expect my delivery. It didn’t arrive on the day I was told, in fact it came in parts on two different days and there were no instructions on how to put my staging together so I also had to request these. The quality looks good but as yet the staging is still in the box as my greenhouse isn’t finished. ( Greenhouse not connected to Harris Horticultural.)

Ordered greenhouse staging. Unfortunately there were parts missing and whilst I appreciate there are problems in the supply chain at the moment the fact that these goods are manufactured & shipped by a third party makes it difficult to resolve. Still awaiting my full order to be delivered.

Very good service, long delay between ordering and receiving product but that seems the norm these days. Am thrilled with table and chairs they look beautiful and really well made.

I ordered a spade and received a ‘carefully packed’ trug meant for someone else. I reported this and was informed that I would be told that I would be told when it was to be collected. This did not happen and was, luckily, in so I could hand the income to item back. I was also told that the new item would be dispatched immediately and I should expect it in a ‘couple of days’. When this didn’t happen it then took another two phone calls over the following 4 days to get the item sent to me. Eventually arriving over a week after originally promised. Pretty poor service all round. Also Harris seem to have an odd system where you pay for an item that is later refunded and you then repay at a later date, really can’t understand why that is?

I am still yet to receive the product I ordered despite placing the order months ago. Communication has been sporadic, and I have had to chase the order a number of times. The service revived has been poor.
