Very good comms and very timely delivery. Excellent new fruit/veg cage with all parts present, clear instructions and good telephone back up if needed. Very happy with the results.

I bought plastic raised beds they were very easy to put together and will last for years.
Bought some more of the same product I purchased a few years ago. Still a great product and service. Have shown friends who might well buy the same for their veg beds.
The website was very easy to use combined with good communication. The item arrived in super quick time and more importantly it was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The lichen Green colour is gorgeous and blend perfectly into the garden.
The payment part of the website was down so I had to order over the phone. The staff were extremely polite and efficient and the product arrived earlier than expected.
On its own the wood store looks rather insubstantial and a bit expensive for what it is, however on the wall it looks like a piece of art, practical and has had many complements.
Very helpful, and the product purchased (a Roman garden arch) is of a very good quality I now have purchased three.
The plants arrived well packed, clearly labelled and healthy looking. They were put in the ground within hours of delivery.

I received a phone call to ask what they could do to help and I was very impressed with the caller. My issues were discussed and one of my comments regarding the type of screws will be passed onto the department responsible for that product.”
“One of the real pleasures I have in a new year is to find that patch of aconites, or the other one. I know where to find them but it is a fickle bulb and a community can take a while to establish. So I was very happy to receive my box of aconites 'in the green'. A photo will have to wait a few years.”
“Ordering online simple and quick. However, it came earlier than email stated and just left in full view against front door when I had left other instructions.
Not impressed with packaging as it took 45 minutes to undo this. It was plastic/polythene ( thought HH would be environmentally friendly) and heat sealed or triple wrapped and stapled. Expected cardboard or no cover.
Product OK though once discovered and looks good.”

It is frustrating for us when this happens because we cannot directly affect this part of the service when the goods leave our warehouse, but rest assured this will be investigated fully to ensure standards are improved further. “Online ordering was fine, delivery was split across several days with no indication that it was happening like that. The delivery driver said he had seen split deliveries from Harrods Horticulture before so he guessed that as one package was missing it would arrive another day.”
