“The service was very good as I ordered the wrong size and they very kindly exchanged it for the correct one. Putting it together was not as easy as it might have been as the instructions were not that clear.”

“The service is excellent and I am pleased with the product - a small self-assembly cold frame. A minor blemish - one of the wooden struts making the roof frame had a lost a portion where the saw had cut through a hard knot; and this was filled in with nasty filler which has cracked and threatened to fall out.”

“Although the quality of the timber I received to construct the deep beds was good, there was a problem with a number of the long lengths of capping in that no pilot holes had been drilled. Although not difficult to remedy, it added to the time taken to construt the products.”

“Bought `Pond Netting - Heavy Duty 45mm Mesh' to keep pigeons off our pond. I didn't want anything with thicker fibre or smaller mesh because it would spoil the natural appearance. It was delivered very quickly. I followed the instructions for spreading out the mesh but it was fiddly and needed a couple of attempts to get it all spread and rectangular. Had to do it on the patio first because the pond has shrubs around it. Once in place it looked OK, not too obvious. Unfortunately the pigeons try to walk on it and have broken or pecked through some of it and we've had to do repairs.”

“Great product looks great in the garden. Service very efficient and prompt. Sadly there were quite a few paint chips on the metal work which we have mostly managed to hide by carefully strategically placing the planters.”

“Garden Arch was initially delivered without the assembly bolts. When advised, HH quickly despatched replacements. Arch was reasonably easy to erect, even on a sloping site, but required good precision (position, verticality and depth) wlth hammer-in foundation tubes. Driving tool fell apart almost immediately but plate was still usable. Final installation is very satisfactory.”

“The product is excellent, the delivery time was around a month after I placed the order, when the website said there were 5 available on the day I ordered and delivery would be 5-10 days, so that was disappointing. The nearer I got to delivery, the better the customer service became, but I made the first contact with the company when the order was past its delivery date of 10 days.”
