“I purchased a vegetable frame. Similar to one I had bought from Hard before. I am very pleased with it. So far no more crop damage from butterflies or pigeons. Easy to assemble. I did not give 5 stars because of problems with delivery.”

“Prompt, effortless service. Good quality. Only issue I have is with the tape used to fasten packs of plant supports together which is difficult to get off without damaging the paint.”

“The plant supports we bought are good quality and look good. The big difference with this order is that you have improved your packaging and changed your courier. Previous orders of this product arrived in just polythene wrapping and often bent. This time they came in good solid boxes, in perfect condition. And the boxes have made great play tunnels for our grandchildren! Thank you.”

“The veg cage with butterfly netting was easy to construct, especially the netting which came pre shaped to exactly fit the frame. However a comment I would make would be perhaps you could offer a bird netting option as it does me as a fruit cage but the pollenators can't get in.”

“On the positive, The quality of product and service is very high. On the negative, e-mailed adverts are too frequent. Perhaps fewer e-mails to include more product content would go some way to reducing traffic, similar to many of the other top suppliers.”

“The prompt arrival of my order was impressive. Sadly the piece of netting that I ordered was2/3 metres short of what it was required to cover .my fault I should have measured!!!”
