“good delivery times and straight forward construction however I was a little confused and disappointed when some of the timbers for the sides and fronts were different thicknesses which made slotting them together difficult. they look nice now I have finished them.”

“Prompt & clear communication, good quality products delivered in good time. I bought the Gripple cable fasteners along with the 2mm galvanised steel cable to train a damson tree as a fan against a west facing wall. The only difficulty is when trying to feed a cut end of the steel cable through the Gripple eye the frayed cut end can feather and jam the eye. The way round this is to turn the cable in the direction of the wire twists! A minor issue but this is a useful tip.”
