“I have Dealt with this firm for a number of years and found their goods generally to be of high quality. Rare mistakes are quickly and efficiently rectified and delivery has always been prompt. I find their website to be one of the most straightforward and simple to use of any that I deal with.”

“I had a made-to-measure pond cover. Excellent quality but the very devil to assemble in the bitter cold! My fingers nearly fell off and it took 3 days! Also have a self watering quad grow planter for my tomatoes, arrived in excellent order, now all I need is a decent hot Summer..... I was a little miffed hat I did not qualify for a little free gift, despite spending a large amount of money!”

“Order received promptly. Only gripe was that heavy metal parts placed loose in bag with paper work and paper work badly damaged. Delivery driver threw goods from back of van onto road. When I complained; he thought it was funny. Obviously not Harrods direct fault.”

“Purchased strong black 3" square netting 2 x 10m. Excellent for placing against walls for climbers to go through. Arrives in diamond shaped mesh and has to be pegged out and stretched to achieve desired square mesh. Easier than it appears at first.”

“Thanks for supplying us with the arch and fence system. We found it fairly straightforward to erect and the job was done by the pair of us (in our late sixties) over a couple of days. Regrettably I had slightly mismeasured the extent of the fence, so the last rail needed to be shortened by about four inches. This was easily done with the use of a workmate and hacksaw. The cut end needed to be dressed with a file to fit the connector. This was the only part of the construction which required any skill. My only minor quibble with the instructions relates to the Gripple wire connectors. Once they are used, however, their design becomes clear, and having strained wires using other techniques I must say that these are easily the simplest to use. The finished structure appears sturdy, and while it is not the most sculpturally elegant part of the garden, it should bear its burden of climbing plants comfortably, and soon all we should see will be the wisteria, clematis, honeysuckle and roses.”

“The order arrived promptly but one of the butts had been damaged in transit and had a split in the side. Harrod responded quickly and politely to this information, arranging collection of the damaged butt and a separate delivery of a replacement. Both butts were as described and good quality. However the replacement butt had a dent in the same place that the original had split. Perhaps the butts need more protection in transit than a simple plastic wrap?”

“Very sturdy and uprights concreted in extra corner braces ordered as in exposed and windy spot , well tested after erection wind speeds 60+ . side netting easy to roll out and put on . Top netting some issues some holes that need attention clips a good feature but fitting by door could be better thought. My cadge 9 meters by 3 without doubt a 2 man job and overall very satisfied just lets hope the blackbirds, pidgins think so !!!!”

“Would have been 5star but your delivery firm let you badly down. The large parcel had been ripped walked all over ,foot prints all over it, no care taken. Lucky no damage. You customer care team were very good”

“Prompt delivery of self assembly fruit / vegetable cage. This is my second purchase and my first cage is successful in keeping pigeons off broccoli. Assembly is straight forward but requires a meticulous approach. One component was missing from a corner brace and Harrod posted a new part by return.”

“Nothing wrong with the product just the way it was covered, the dutch hoe handle, the plastic cover was split and the end of the handle was soaked through, but i never complained because it did dry out.”

“Link a board looks good and is easy to assemble except for the extra length dowels which are very hard to locate as they are not rigid nor do they have a bevelled end like the shorter dowels. As I was placing the beds on earth I could just knock through the shorter dowel and do not need the extra length ones. I told the man taking the second order that I did not need them but thay still arrived”

“The netting was very easy to handle and drape over a frame built on my raised beds. Easy to secure into position with tent pegs. As for durability only time will tell.”

“The Sneeboer grass rake is beautifully made and looks the business, but the weather is not; with so much rainfall the rake has yet to be put into service. We can't wait to drag that moss out!”
