“MY ORDER FOR AQUAPLANCTON After just receiving you e-mail I realised that I had not used it yet, so I got most of the oxygenating plants out of the pond (as there was so much of it ) and opened the brown bag , got out the inner bag and opened it when all this white powder came pouring out all over me and my shoes. The bag containing the powder had a hole at the bottom, so as you can imagine most of it was over me. As it was so expensive, I am quite upset that I have lost most of it. 13/4/16 Amended review. I received a telephone call from you this morning telling me that you would send me another bag of the above. I am delighted with your quick response.”

“Longrow super cloches are not as illustrated in the catalogue. PVC panels are flat and not corrugated as illustrated and described in the instructions”

“Having just written a review complaining of how my missing delivery was handled by Harrod Horticultural, I am now writing to correct my previous review. Despite the Customer Service representative saying that the replacement delivery was sent out by Standard Delivery it was in fact sent out by Express delivery and I have now received it, 3 working days after I reported the delivery missing. Less disappointed than I was.”

“The wooden corner supports/joints could be made of a harder wood tendency to split when being screwed into. Apart from that no real problems.”

“ordering very easy ,very good products delivery was a issue was told any time upto 3pm at 2.50pm got a call saying was running late could be 2 more hours not impressed”

“As you know, I'm an existing customer having purchased various garden frames previously, and that's why I had no hesitation in coming to you for the raised beds. Whilst I completely understand that Harrods probably do not actually 'manufacture' the goods, and delivery was excellent and safely packaged, construction was not straight forward. The plans were explicit and set out various tolerances and advice about distances between screw holes drilled etc., it must have been a 'Friday afternoon job' on the drilling machine. All is now well, however, probably due to the fact that I have always been a practical individual, and could cope with challenges. It will not affect my further custom.”

“I have 4 autovents on my greenhouse which I fitted over 5 years ago. One of them failed over the winter and I purchased a replacement cylinder. It took less that 10 minutes to remove the faulty autovent from the window, fit the new cylinder and replace the unit on the window. It now works perfectly again.”

“From your web page I was able to ask you a question and from the advice you gave me I had the confidence to place the order. Therefore the help was much appreciated. On the down side when I tried to purchase the plants on line I could not register because I was confronted with the message '' unable to open your account'', but I was trying to open an account. It took a telephone call to sort things out. The person I spoke to advised me to buy as though I was a guest, which worked. May I suggest you have a word with your IT people to improve this. At least one of your competitors has a more user friendly system.”

“Very fast delivery of items. I ordered the wire obelisk by mistake. I called and paid the £10 order change fee and was told the 4 obelisks would be collected and re delivered by Friday. That was 2 weeks ago. Please can you expedite pronto? Many thank Maria”

“I have been happy with products, received from yourselves. I would suggest you could do more, particularly with your organic bee friendly plants and products. I myself, do and have constructed from soil upwards an organic garden and as such look for truly organic products!”
