“I raise an order for an espalier frame and additional braces on 30/11/24 but the frame was delivered on 4/11/24 without the braces. Between 11th of November and 9th December I was sent 4 separate emails advising that there was a delay and a new expected delivery date. The braces were finally delivered on 19/12/24. I am happy with the products but very dissatisfied with the service as it has delayed my garden project. There has been no real apology from Harrod Horticulture and no offer of compensation for what has been a significant delay.”

“Steel Grand Pyramid Obelisk - Well made product and reasonably easy to put together. You just need to make sure you fix the first ring (it's a square really!) at the correct angle so it all stays squarely aligned as you add the rest.”

“Since you could not supply what you had advertised (with 3 changed dates for delivery) your records should show that I cancelled the order. How can you suggest in your latest email that you jope that I am happy with the goods (not) supplied? Someone needs to shake things up at your end.”

Sorry that you received a request for a review email, this would have been automatically scheduled after you placed the order and this unfortunately didn't get cancelled before it was sent on this occasion. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused and we will review our procedures to look at preventing this happening in the future.

“Helpful, friendly advice before ordering, straightforward ordering process and prompt delivery of a large fruit cage. All the parts were present but two of the aluminium tubes were damaged in transit. These were speedly replaced without question. Assembly instructions were clear and helpful. I think that the design of the door latch could be improved. I found that one of the latch blocks had plastic swarf which meant that the bolt was not long enough to reach the fastening nut. I suggest recommending not simply a spirit level but to use a post-fixing spirit level which measures levels in two dimensions which facilitates getting the vertical posts vertical. The hole former was very helpful, giving a hole of the right diameter in a vertical plane.”
