“We expressed interest in a walk in fruit cage and we were bombarded with offers online ie free delivery and 10% off. When we actually ordered and paid for it we were fobbed off saying both offers had expired so the new catalogue will be recycled as we will not order from Harrod again.”

“Pleased with the new round Arches, the quaility is excellent, but the fitting of them is not at all easy, especially if using the metal underground fitting posts as we did. Keeping them straight is extremely difficult, you do need a sledge hammer and a very stong man! That would be my advice. My landscape gardener fitted them for me in the end and even he had problems.”

“Received exactly what I wanted (netting) by post very quickly with all paperwork. Thank you. Netting has been placed over semi-circle of tube hoops and clamped along base lines to hopefully allow reuse without handling damage later on, if required. Works well.”

“Easy to order the Wooden Raised Beds to the sizes I required on line. Delivery was within the time span stated and was updated on the status from the point of ordering to the delivery. All items were in good condition, with no missing items. The beds are easy to put together if instructions are followed. very happy with the final look of the product”

“Great product, I’d like to say easy to put together, but as my son put it together for me, I can’t really comment. He seemed to make light work of it, though, and all the parts were there. Service from Harrods good, but not entirely pleased with the delivery. Plenty of notification about when it was arriving, and there were two of us at home, but nobody rang the doorbell and the various components were just left on the doorstep in the rain!”
