“I bought one of the allotment raised beds. Good value for money, especially if you buy bigger sizes rather than multiple small sizes. The bed was very easy to put together, compared with others I have had. Plenty of choice on the website and speedy delivery. The only disappointment was that I had problems paying with Paypal. Once I got through to them on the phone (the 1st 2 options I picked from their phone menu weren't available at weekends) they were really friendly but totally unable to help, so I had to pay by debit card.”

“Quality of the metal arch is very good and it was easy to assemble. A metal tube was provided to make holes in the earth. This is inadequate. The ends peened over (which can be dangerous) and the tube was very difficult to get out of clay soil.”

“The raised beds are nice, but disappointed that the photos and descriptions do not make it clear that the pieces shown in the photos are optional extras. It was suggested by customer services that the IT team could add a note, so I'm sorry to see this hasn't been done.”

“Good product, and looks smart too (metal raised bed). HOWEVER: packaging was very badly damaged on arrival - you really need to discuss with your couriers. Also I woiuld have liked more information on delivery and tracking so I could be here when it arrives”

“I purchased nematodes to eradicate Crane Fly lava. I have done in the past, but on this occasion found they were blocking the rose on my watering can. This the same can that I have used in the past with your nematodes without any problems. It was so bad that I ended up drilling out the holes in the rose. Other than that they seem to have done their work as I have not seen any Crane Fly's in my garden this year. I did notice that on this occasion the instructions were to mix the whole batch at once where in the past small quantities have been recommended. Your comments would be appreciated. Regards.
