“Product was just what I was looking for. It was out of stock, but Harrod kept me well informed about progress and expected delivery. It arrived well wrapped and in good condition. Assembly instructions were clear. Two people were able to assemble the garden arch quite easily. Fixing it into the ground was hard work, but OK.”

“Bought edging shears as I have a previously dislocated thumb and could not use my round handled ones. The new ones are shaped and I can use them much more easily. Ordering and delivery great.”

“The arch we ordered was exactly as specified and came with all parts included. Two of us (pensioners) had no trouble assembling it and it now looks wonderful with a climbing rose draped over it. Very happy with our purchase which was good value for money.”
