“Excellent service and delivery. I expected the goods to be in sections. The fact that it arrived in all individual pieces, probably over a hundred , made it extremely time consuming to construct. As I'm elderly and live on my own, it would have helped to state the condition in which it arrived. I managed to complete the construction on my own in a limited space. The end product is good!”

“I ordered a wisteria umbrella which was delivered on schedule. The umbrella was fully matched to the description in the brochure and indeed my expectations. Fitting was a doddle and the job will be complete once the wisteria is planted. By the way I cemented the umbrella into the hole on my own and it was easy.”
