“having purchased the hot bin it seems to be doing what it says/ cant say the worms are to happy . but i am pleased to get rid of my husbands old compost bin ,which he is reluctant to part with but i am working on it give me time”

“Usual good service and quality products from this company. The only improvement I would like to see would be to have a delivery day notified. I think the only indication was along the lines of "delivery withing 3 - 5 days". Many suppliers these days can email with a definite delivery day and sometimes a tracking information link.”

“The raised bed was delivered promptly and was exactly as described. It was easy to put together - although an electric screwdriver would have saved me some exercise. The carrots are now enjoying their new home.”

“Use Nemaslug every year. Very effective and works out cheaper than slug pellets. Heavy duty side netting for chicken runs very durable, been in 4 years now and good as new. Delivery good”

“The quality of the goods ordered were excellent and delivery was prompt. The instructions for the Slot & Lock net covers were also easy to understand and construct. The instructions for the access strip, however, could have been a little more explanatory. For example, the best angle for attaching the strip and where to cut the netting for best results. The Plant halos don't seem to work very well on a grow bag. The water round the outer rim seems to disappear and spill over almost immediately, no matter how far you push the halo into the bag.”

“just one mistake in last order.I somehow received a larger mesh than I had ordered,but I shall stil use it. That was the insect,bird and butterfly netting that I wanted but It was a much larger mesh than my previous orders.”

“I have been purchasing slug control nematodes from Harrod Horticulture for the last few years. This year, there have been various family commitments and I forgot to order at the usual time. Thankfully, the Company sent me an email reminder, so, literally, all was not lost! Very good customer service, thank you.”
