“Good product and relatively easy to erect. I had to ring to request an extra nut and bolt as one was missing and some more cable ties and roof fixing ties as there weren't quite enough to finish the job. Overall, we were pleased with the finished result.”

“This is the first time I have used Harrod's and I found ordering very easy, in fact the girl at the other end of the phone was most helpful, I was advised when the order was to be delivered and it was on time. I have not used the goods as yet but they look fine. I will definately usr Harrod's again.”

“If like me, your self-assembly experience stretches to Ikea, you'll be as disappointed as I was at the effort required to assemble this planter. It took several hours and involved much drilling of wood and repositioning of slats since the construction is not as simple or as logical as you think. If you're prepared to make the effort (and I personally wouldn't do it again), the end result is good. The planter is just what was needed.”

“The delivery service and products excellent, but putting the wheelbarrow together was just too difficult for me. Perhaps you should consider assembly before it is sent out. I was going to order another but feel I don't need the hassle. Regards Mrs M Williams”

“Hi Thank you very much for your product ( compost bins). The service was excellent, and the product was delivered very promptly. However, I felt the description was a little misleading, while correct, I was expecting to be able to slot the wood together myself, but when the pieces of wood and metal arrived, I realized that quite a lot of effort was needed to drill aand screw the various pieces together. Luckily my son in law is very helpful, and has made the bins up perfectly, and they look wonderful.”

“Product is very good and easy to assemble. My only criticism was that the delivery came in two parts, because the couriers van was in such a jumble he couldn't find both parts. The box the product was packed in was very badly ripped. Surely the couriers could load their vans more systematically, and take a little more care?”

“Easy ordering process and fast delivery. Well packaged and all parts present. Good quality tubing. On the negative side, instructions not that easy to follow particularly identifying parts. How long would it take to stick id numbers on each tube? Door hinge fittings are fiddly and the bolts are not quite long enough meaning that the plastic parts had to be squeezed to get the bolts started. Door sags and doesn't inspire confidence for a long life. Having said all that I am pleased with the overall quality and would recommend to others”

“Product is excellent but delivery company made the first delivery as a part order without informing us that the rest of the order would be delivered the following day prompting a phone call to you to find out where the rest of the order was. Balance arrived in due course!”

“The instructions for the assembly of the frame were very poor and difficult to follow. It was just a blown up diagram of the frame and no order was given on the correct order in which to assemble the frame. A stage by stage instruction would have been far more helpful and useful.”
